Polished Fluid Transfer Valves

At P & C Metal Polishing, Inc., we have become known for our ability to polish complex components such as fluid transfer valves. We polish fluid transfer valves in a range of sizes up to 30,000 lbs. for a variety of industries. Some valves are machined while others are casted from Hastelloy or stainless steel material and require polished finishes on inside, outside, or both, which range from a #4 to a #8 mirror finish. To function properly, the surface of the valve must be thoroughly polished to prevent any chemicals from becoming trapped in the valve body or other mechanical components. When parts must be finished correctly, customers rely on our breadth of experience and expertise in the polishing of stainless steel and other metals.

Visual inspection procedures and profilometers are used to verify surface dimensions with customer specifications. The turnaround time depends on the volume and scope of the specific job, but we are adept at meeting customers’ schedules as needed. For additional details about our ability to polish water bodies, plugs, butterfly valves, and other fluid transfer valves, see the table below, or contact us directly
